1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ace234 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available at ace234.app.

By completing the registration process, by accessing the ace234 gaming lobby, by depositing funds into your account, or by claiming any promotion or bonus offered by ace234, you unconditionally confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplemental policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ace234 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and participation in the services offered by ace234 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that, at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ace234 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are not accessing the platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of ace234 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners;
• You do not have a pre-existing self-exclusion agreement in place with ace234 or any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation.

If ace234 discovers that a user has provided false information regarding their age or identity, all winnings accrued by that account will be forfeited, all deposits will be reviewed in accordance with our anti-fraud procedures, and the account will be permanently closed. ace234 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with any relevant authority in cases involving underage access.

3 Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access the full range of services offered by ace234, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active ace234 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. ace234 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account. You agree to notify ace234 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. ace234 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Personal Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details registered on your ace234 account must match those on your official government-issued identification documents. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the ace234 account. ace234 reserves the right to request documentation to verify that the registered details are accurate at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.4 Account Currency

ace234 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagering requirements, bonus amounts, and promotional values are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion is not supported within the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ace234 supports a range of locally familiar payment methods to make funding your account as straightforward as possible for players across Bangladesh. The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the platform.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ace234 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Players are advised to check the Payments page on the platform for the most current information.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are set out in detail on the Payments page. ace234 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the ace234 payments team. The standard processing time for verified accounts is under fifteen (15) minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. ace234 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

4.4 Player Funds Security

Funds deposited into your ace234 account are held separately from operational company funds. All transactions are processed over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections. ace234 does not store full card or mobile banking credentials on its servers.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Practices

• You must not deposit funds sourced from illegal activity;
• You must not use payment methods that are not registered in your own name;
• You must not attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge-back any deposit made to ace234 without first contacting the support team to resolve the matter;
• Any fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ace234 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, all bonuses issued by ace234 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry window for each bonus are published on the relevant promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before claiming any offer.

5.2 One Bonus Per Promotion Period

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus or promotion once only, within the stated promotion period. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin rewards that have not been used within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice. Expiry periods are set out on each promotion page and are calculated from the date and time the bonus is credited to your account, based on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

5.4 ace234 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

ace234 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to a player's account, the remaining bonus balance and any wagering progress will be handled in accordance with the specific terms of that promotion.

6 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

ace234 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Arbitrage betting: Exploiting price differences across markets to guarantee a profit, also known as "arbing", where this is done in a manner that abuses the ace234 promotions system;
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, fictitious identities, or coordinated strategies designed to exploit bonus offers beyond their intended purpose;
• Software manipulation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets on your behalf;
• Money laundering: Using the ace234 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the platform to disguise the origin of such funds;
• Impersonation: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fraudulent documentation;
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to access, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the ace234 platform, its software, or its underlying systems.

ace234 employs advanced fraud detection and security monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, ace234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated bets and game rounds, forfeit all balance including deposits and winnings, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

7 Account Closure and Termination

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ace234 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to an unmet wagering requirement will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for personal reasons, including responsible gaming concerns, may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected]. Requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded account cannot be reactivated until the full requested period has elapsed. 7.3 Termination by ace234

ace234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The user has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• The account has been involved in or is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Continuation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ace234.

Where an account is terminated by ace234 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace234 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your use of or inability to use the ace234 platform, including during periods of planned or unplanned maintenance;
• Losses arising from a failure or delay in the processing of any deposit or withdrawal transaction caused by a third-party payment processor;
• Losses arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of any game, promotion, or service offered on the platform;
• Losses caused by events beyond ace234's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications outages.

The ace234 platform and all games, content, and services available on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ace234 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ace234's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
